Pipe Placment


I have been rethinking how the pipes are placed in the level and i think it might be better to not have pipe in each room like I was thinking earlier. The areas would still be combined to fell like one central area but have three visually different sections. The janitor section leading to the office and then too the factory floor. This shows the three areas with out placement markers, those i have made more iconic and less like smaller pictures. Kim made the suggestion that they be more immediately visible.

For the placement of the objects themselves, when I was writing the level flowchart it semmed like too much could happen that would not make the player confused but just spend too much time in an area and maybe they will fell like they are not advancing. With the areas being combined and cutting down on the objects a bit I think the player will fell like they advance more. We can add more objects later if need be that the electronic prototype seems too short.

  1. I like that idea and i think you did a good job. And I agree with kim on that it would of been a real big problem if you put pipes in every room. It will give the players something to do,and they can also memorize where the pipes are. I would think that too many pipes would confuse the player and they probably wouldnt want to play anymore. But yeah Tood good job bro i like it.
