I was thinking of a tips for you Tom. An array would be nice but then you would need to put in courdinates for the grid to line up with the map background. Try and see if you can get something like invisible dots on the grid and the characters have to line up with them. This way we could make the grid an odd size or not a perfect square and the program would know where in can and can't go we could. Its hard to explain what im thinking here. The mapo is looking nice i redid the original because the lines looked like crap.
